How does the $300 off work?
Take $300 off any driveway, patio or sidewalk project over $3,000. It's one discount per property, and the $3,000 threshold applies before the discount.
Is the $175 inspection fee really waived?
Yes. Our inspection normally carries a $175 fee. With this offer it's waived, and you don't have to buy a repair to get the waiver.
Is the sidewalk in front of my home my responsibility?
In Oakland, property owners are responsible for repairing damaged sidewalks next to their property (City of Oakland Public Works). Damage can be flagged by neighbor reports, city inspections or a trip-and-fall, and a Notice to Repair gives owners 30 days. Fixing it now keeps the timing in your hands.
