Common questions
How does the $300 off work?
Take $300 off any driveway, patio or sidewalk project over $3,000. It's one discount per property, and the $3,000 threshold applies before the discount.
Is the $175 inspection fee really waived?
Yes. Our inspection normally carries a $175 fee. With this offer it's waived, and you don't have to buy a repair to get the waiver.
How long do I have after a city notice?
The City of Oakland Public Works says owners have 30 days after receiving a Notice to Repair, and sidewalk repairs larger than 25 square feet need a city permit. Check your letter for your exact deadline, and call us early so there's time to schedule the work.
